To cancel your Cellular Israel line

You will need to provide us with a phone number to cancel, order number or email address associated with the order.

To cancel a line with other providers

Information needed: phone number, Teudat Zehut/Passport number (for Hot Mobile - passport holders go with the id number of 100000009), last 4 of the credit card on file.

Cellular Israel's service (in English)

We will cancel your line with the provider for a one-time fee of $15 per line. [Additional information needed: a bill from the phone line provider, and your current contact info]

Through the provider's customer service agent (usually in Hebrew)

To cancel your line with other providers (i.e. you are getting billed by another company other than Cellular Israel) you will have to contact the provider directly.

Cancel by yourself 

It is highly recommended to call afterward to confirm that your cancellation request was received and processed.

Golan (use one of these options)

-In your online account and click “Cancel My Line,” sign the form and fax/email it back to them.

-Call *0058 from a Golan phone or from abroad: 972-58-555-5858

-Email them at [email protected]  [In the email, specify that you would like to cancel your plan, and make sure to include the telephone number that you would like to cancel, your ID number, and the last 4 digits of your most recent credit card on file. You should receive a confirmation email within a few days. (You can email them in English.)]
