To update a credit card for your Cellular Israel line

Log in with the email address that is associated with the order/phone number here.
If you forgot your password you could click "Forgot Password?" and you will receive a link to create a new password
-Go to Stored Payment Methods
-Update the credit card on the account (make sure the checkbox next to the order is checked) and click Save Card

To update a credit card for other providers
Information needed: phone number, Teudat Zehut/Passport number (for Hot Mobile - passport holders go with the id number of 100000009), last 4 of the credit card on file.
Cellular Israel's service (in English)
We will update your credit card information with the provider for a one-time fee of $10.
Through the provider's customer service agent (usually in Hebrew)
To update a credit card for other providers (i.e. you are getting billed by another company other than Cellular Israel) you will have to contact the provider directly.

The information you will need for this link is:
-Your id number on the account is 100000009
-Your קוד לקוח (which you could find on one of the statements that they sent you).
Please note: If your line was frozen, after paying the bill, restart the phone and it should work.
