For Kosher phones:

According to the Vaad Harabanim certain numbers are blocked to call from a kosher phone as it is deemed “inappropriate” for the community that uses Kosher phones. If you feel that this number should be opened you can call them at 02-5381858.

For non-kosher phones:

Cellular Israel plans are for person-to-person calls, only. News-lines, hotlines, and the like, are not included. The provider blocks many lines that fit the above criteria.

If you experience a blocked call to a private user, please let us know so that we can rectify this with the provider.
