Cellular Israel cannot refund used equipment.

Once the customer's order has been processed and the equipment has been purchased, we reserve the right to not accept returns, in some cases, even if the equipment has not yet been used. In the instance that we do a refund, a restocking fee will apply.

Once a phone line has been activated, the service charges for that line cannot be refunded, only canceled from that date forward. Early termination fees may apply.

An order canceled before being processed will be fully refunded.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been ordered.
