International texting isn't included in most plans.

If you have a plan directly with the Israeli providers they don't protect you from doing things out of package. Some companies enable international texting and then bill you per text at the end of the month (that may be a reason for your high bill)

At Cellular Israel we don't want you to have to suffer from surprises. If it isn't included in your plan it won't work.
